Shattered by God’s Design by Cassandra Willis
Have you ever asked God why He takes you through certain trials, or why the walk as a Christian can be so difficult? If so, you are in good company with others of Christians, including the author, who has questioned God’s direction. As her husband lay lifeless in a coma with the prognosis of death evident, she wondered could God really be the Healer, Waymaker, and Miracle worker? Walking in faith can be filled with doubts and questions that will leave even the strongest Christian wondering if God is still there. Is He even listening? Does He feel our pain?
Shattered By God's Design: Lessons of Faith and Hope will take you on a transparent and rewarding journey of discovery that brokenness can all be a part of God’s blessings in disguise. It will challenge you to reflect on your own relationship with God and surrender to Him your pain and doubts even when things feel hopeless.
Through the lens of a faithful wife, the author chronicles the lessons she has learned through tragedy while leaving you with the hope and emphatic truth that God never fails. As you read each lesson, meditate on the scriptures and reflect on your own journey you will experience a renewed sense of joy and hope that was once shattered but not destroyed.
